Sash Windows Chesham, Buckinghamshire, UK
These are some windows that Sash Window Specialist Berkshire and London restored 15 years ago. We were recently called back to this home in Chesham, Bucks. because a painter had made a mess by painting over the brushes of the draught sealing system.
It’s always rewarding for us to revisit our work so many years later. We take great pride that the windows we worked on still look and operate so well. To rectify the current problem we simply replaced the older brush weather seals with new ones and now they are good for many more years to come. The staff beads and parting beads did not require replacing, only the brush seals which kept the cost of this work to a minimum.
For over 20 years we have been double glazing timber sash windows. Our bespoke replica sashes are installed into your existing box sash window frames and will transform your period property. We can match any glazing patterns, ensuring the original charm of your home remains unaltered.
