Upgrade Glazing with Slimlite Double Glazed Units
On shaped windows, we must first create a template for each pane of glass. The narrow glazing bars in these arched windows have small rebates that leave little room for adjustment, so each pane must be cut accurately and numbered.
Our thin slimline double glazing units have a low sightline, meaning the spacer bar between the glass panes is physically as small as possible in height, viewed face on. By using a thin warm-edge spacer, over the more common duplex bars, the spacer bar can be completely hidden within a typical glass rebate. The actual width of the spacer, and thus the space between the 2 glass panes, can increase from 5mm upwards.
