Sash Window Specialist was first established in 1996, by Simon Free in Berkshire UK. Since then we have expanded to include branches across the United Kingdom & Australia. We are proud of the reputation we have earned for providing top quality workmanship at a sensible price.
Our Sash Window Company
We exist as an association of individually run family businesses, pooling our resources, knowledge base and buying power enabling us to offer prices below the ‘market leaders’.
We are not a formal franchise. Every branch is simply an individual window restoration company that has been vetted for quality workmanship and honesty before adopting our brand-name and appearing on this website. Every member is also a fully qualified tradesman, ensuring that your work gets done right, first time.
Sales Team
Sash Window Specialist have no sales team with high commission structures and sales targets. The representative you meet at the survey will also be undertaking the renovation work, so no false promises, just honest advice and estimations.
Admin Team
The disadvantage of operating as several small companies is that we have no administration staff. We are not only working on site restoring your sash windows, but also running sales, admin, accounts and tea making!
Affordable pricing combined with quality workmanship means there is a high demand for our services. If we don’t answer our mobile phones immediately, please remember that it’s not that we don’t want your call. Quality Control

Bespoke Joinery
Replacement joinery is either hand made at our own sash window workshop in Berkshire or by carefully selected local joinery companies.
